Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations not later than 31 days before arrival - without penalty.
- Cancellations from 30 to 14 days before arrival - a penalty of 20% of the reservation's price.
- Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival - a penalty of 50% of the reservation's price.
REMARK: In case of force majeure, the above cancellation conditions do not apply. If the borders are closed, if a guest falls ill or is quarantined, and in general if, for any reasons beyond the guest's control, their holiday is prevented, we will refund the payment without penalty.
